These Terms explain the rules for using Lunorica. In short:
— Use Lunorica respectfully and legally.
— You’re responsible for your account and activity.
— We may update features and these Terms over time.
By accessing or using Lunorica, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, do not use the service.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If local law requires it, a parent or guardian may need to consent to your use of Lunorica.
Please don’t misuse the service. For example:
— Don’t disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service.
— Don’t attempt to access data you don’t have permission to access.
— Follow applicable laws and regulations.
Lunorica can send you text messages, and only if you ask it to. You opt in by giving us your mobile number in the app and confirming the code we text you. We never add a number any other way, and we never share or sell your number.
What we send. Sign-in codes when you ask for one, occasional questions that help Lunorica understand you, and reminders about things you have started.
— How often: message frequency varies, and is typically a few messages per week. Sign-in codes are sent only when you request one.
— Cost: Lunorica does not charge for text messages. Message & data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier.
— To stop: reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You can also turn texts off in the app under Me → Texts. Replying STOP does not close your account, and you can still sign in by email.
— For help: reply HELP to any message, or email support@lunorica.ai.
— Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
